**Part I - Support Administration scope**:
**Calendar management**: The Admin is responsible for managing manager’s calendar to ensure no meeting overlaps and prioritize the right meetings. Activities includes schedule meetings, accepts meeting invitations, gives availability to senders in case of meeting conflicts, arranges meeting with other key stakeholders as requested, including external stakeholders.
**Meetings**: Book and manage meeting logistics such as calendar invitation, venue booking and agenda to make sure meeting run smoothly. When appropriate, ensure presentation foils are posted, MOM and AR tracking is published.
**Organize CS department level events**: Plan and organize meetings and off-sites including prepare agendas/itinerary, coordinate logistics, F&B ordering for events such as CS Recognition, CS Manager Forum, FTF meeting, Corporate Visitor, Teambuilding, Department Planning; Link CS; QGS; department training, etc.
**Site admin WG**: Being a part of Admin Council members to support site events (BUM, TET gala, Community, Family Fun Day ), run Admin Council Projects, update Admin Package Sharing, and cover for other Admin’s OOP.
**Other tasks**: Handle requests from manager associated with priorities and deadlines. Additional duties include managing tactical projects, order supplies, CR coordination, generating shipping memo, etc. Hiring assistant for VNAT CS to open requisitions, schedule interviews, proceeds FDO and LDO, updates CS Org Chart, PDL, shared point/shared drives and address book. Purchasing name card for CS employees. Manage CS stationary and asset tracking such as department cameras, cellphone.

Part II - Support GROW, Café and Site Service Quality Program assistant per company arrangement in IFM contract:
Manage 5S, SMBWA and site GPTW/upkeep program.
Assist CS communication channel and ASK KKT program
Join Vietnam CS Café team and support related work.
Document control and Incoming / Outgoing letter tracking

**Qualifications**:
Fresh Graduated student is also welcomed.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high-level of multi-tasking abilities.
Demonstrate strong accuracy/attention to detail in managing busy schedules and taking the initiative to manage logistics while managers are traveling.
Be proactive and eager to learn new things.
Good communication skill. Be able to handle information with confidential manner.
Good in English and office tools like excel, word, etc.
