**Job Description**:
BGSW/BDO (Business Digital Organization) is looking for a BDO Lead in Vietnam. You would be leading some core topics and initiatives that would transform our business, propel BGSV towards digital transformation, and win more for Bosch.

The Role:

- Develop overall IT roadmap for BGSV in alignment with one IT at One BGSW strategy.
- Business planning, CF cycles and estimation of IT budget for BGSV.
- Manage BD (formerly CI) with respect to infrastructure, ITFM, Projects and Maintenance within defined budgets and achieve cost savings.
- Stakeholder management: Understanding stakeholders’ priority and pain points to arrive at the priority of projects to be implemented and liaison between Triage and Delivery, Corporate function.
- Drive Data Champion and Org level reporting needs including advance analytics and predictive reports.
- Implement Access Management CD in BGSV.
- Govern the OCM, IT Helpdesk operations.
- Manage Outsourcing vendors who support internal BDO IT development requirement - Special projects like FFF, HoT phase 2, Hanoi expansion, BGSJ IT implementation, Smart workplace implementation.
- Focus on HR digitalization and enable SOM org cooperation.
- Digital Maturity improvement, Associate Experience improvements, corporate process alignment between BGSV and BGSW.

**Qualifications**:
Key skills we are looking for are:

- Prior knowledge of IT projects and good understanding of corporate processes
- Good capability to influence without authority
- Very good stakeholders mgmt.
- Adaptable to VN culture
- Self-motivated and crisis management capabilities
- Acumen for managing complex programs with tight deadlines
