FlexHR Vietnam are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control (QC) Lead to join our international client's team.

**Location**:Binh Duong

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow-up with sample statuses daily to ensure productivity
- Explain technical issues/ drawing/ sample requests to the factory
- Updating production lead time
- Working with factory to identify and correct quality control issues (NCR) in a timely and efficient manner
- Check and confirm packaging for all moved factory items
- Review sample shipping list from US to factory, clarify item code, quantity, action taken and distribute to factory according to remark column
- Assist asia team when SOS needed when in same or nearby factory
- Oversee the Quality Team in performance.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Fluency in all four English language skills.
- Be able to speak Chinese is an advantage, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
- A college degree is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, factory and manufacturing operations, with leadership experience.
- Familiarity with technical systems such as Google, Trello, Visco, etc., is essential.
- Experience in furniture or furniture parts is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Vietnam to meet clients and partners and attend trade shows.
