Job Responsibilities
Manage partnership team to build new sales and product distribution channel empowered by partnership to acquire leads and growth customer base
Manage deepen relationship with partners to develop business
Develop sales and incentive scheme for new sales and product distribution channel
Ensure all partnership and product distribution related matters to comply with the Bank policies and local regulations
Develop customers campaigns/ promotion to acquire leads on digital channel and other channels
Collaborate with the various teams across UOBV retail Bank to develop effective end-to-end customer acquisition, retention programs to implement strategies to grow the customer base, improve overall segment profitability and deepen product penetration.
Develop and implement optimized models to improve acquisition quality and momentum, across digital channels and other traditional channel. This includes attracting emerging affluent and privilege banking segment who may have banking needs.
Leverage regional UOB markets to acquire prospects
Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of customer strategies and initiatives, adopt the latest ideas and the best governance practices from regional level properly.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Relevant depth of experience in the industry, with minimum 10 years of experience in partnership, sale and marketing
Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both unsupervised and in a team-oriented environment
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Excellent communication skills
Pro-active approach/self-starter
