The Role’s
As BCI’s Business Development Consultant, you will focus on identifying new clients/businesses that need BCI Solutions, which will allow the client to win new business within the construction industry.BCI's Lead Manager services enable our clients to get first-hand business leads and allowed our clients to focus on securing new business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Focus to generate NEW SALES for BCI’s project Leads services (Lead Manager)
- Perform daily outbound introduction calls to prospects, setting appointments with potential clients (face to face or virtually)
- Understand clients' business needs by doing facts finding, product demos, and tailored suitable solutions for client's business
- Prepare quotations, follow up with clients on the status, and close business deals including chase for payment.
- Update individual sales activities through the company CRM system
- Consistently meet monthly and year-to-date sales targets & KPIs.
- Continuously improve market & product knowledge and selling skills.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in business development and possess record experienceoverachieving within a B2B sales environment.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Confident negotiator & comfortable dealing with objections.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Positive mindset & attitude. Discipline.
