**What will you do?**
- Cultivate new customer networks and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Assess customer needs and tailor our offerings to suit them
- Persuasively negotiate with clients, fostering trust and loyalty
- Collaborate with the product team to optimize our offerings for customer satisfaction
- Proactively explore new business opportunities in the market
- Report to management on business performance, customer insights, and competitor activities

**What we are looking for?**
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience
- 2+ years of experience in HR services, HR benefit products, or ERP/CRM/HRS (preferred)
- Proficiency in English, Korean, Japanese, or Chinese
- Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- A strong network in Manufacturing, Retail, Pharmaceutical, Agricultural product processing, Seafood, Wood, or Textile industries is a plus
- A passion for selling solutions that make a tangible difference in people's lives
