**Mô tả công việc**
- Phát triển, triển khai và liên tục cải tiến quy trình quản lý hiệu suất, bao gồm việc thiết lập mục tiêu hiệu suất, KPI, đánh giá hiệu suất và cơ chế phản hồi./ _Develop, implement, and continuously improve the performance management process, including setting performance objectives, KPIs, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms._
- Đảm bảo hệ thống quản lý hiệu suất phù hợp với giá trị, sứ mệnh và mục tiêu chiến lược của công ty./ _Ensure the performance management system aligns with the company's values, mission, and strategic goals._
- Hướng dẫn các cấp quản lý trong việc thiết lập mục tiêu hiệu suất rõ ràng, có thể đo lường cho các đội nhóm và đảm bảo tính nhất quán trong việc đánh giá hiệu suất./ _Guide managers in setting clear, measurable performance goals for their teams and ensure consistency in performance assessments._
- Đảm bảo các đánh giá hiệu suất được thực hiện đúng hạn và cung cấp sự hỗ trợ cho các cấp quản lý trong việc đưa ra phản hồi xây dựng cho nhân viên./ _Ensure timely completion of performance reviews and provide support to managers in delivering constructive feedback to employees._
- Thu thập và phân tích dữ liệu hiệu suất để nhận diện các xu hướng, điểm mạnh và các khu vực cần cải thiện trong tổ chức./ _Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement across the organization._
- Sử dụng dữ liệu hiệu suất để đưa ra quyết định liên quan đến thăng tiến, khen thưởng, kế hoạch kế nhiệm và phát triển tổ chức./ _Use performance data to guide decisions related to promotions, rewards, succession planning, and organizational development._
- Làm việc với nhóm Nhân sự và các cấp quản lý để phát triển các chương trình công nhận thành tích giúp động viên nhân viên có hiệu suất cao./ _Work with HR and managers to develop recognition programs that reward high performers and motivate employees._
- Phối hợp với các phòng ban tuyển dụng, đào tạo và phát triển, đãi ngộ & phúc lợi để đảm bảo sự liên kết giữa tuyển dụng, đào tạo, đãi ngộ và quản lý hiệu suất./ _Collaborate with recruitment, learning and development, and compensation & benefits teams to ensure alignment between recruitment, training, compensation, and performance management._

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**
- Tốt nghiệp đại học, ưu tiên các ngành liên quan đến quản trị nhân sự, quản trị kinh doanh hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan./ _Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources, business administration, or related fields._
- Tiếng Anh thành thạo (cả 4 kỹ năng nghe, nói, đọc, viết). / _Fluent in English (both written and spoken)._
- Kinh nghiệm trong việc thiết kế và triển khai hệ thống quản lý hiệu suất và tiến hành đánh giá hiệu suất nhân viên./ _Experience in designing and implementing performance management systems and conducting employee performance assessments._
- Khả năng xử lý thông tin nhạy cảm và bảo mật chuyên nghiệp./ _Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally and ethically._
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề và xử lý xung đột./ _Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills._
- Chú ý đến chi tiết và khả năng quản lý nhiều dự án cùng một lúc./ _Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously._
