**Objectives of the Position**
- Lead Transferred Project Management in Vietnam, focusing on CTT and TTT
- Build and execute activities for sustainable business growth in alignment with SBU strategy.

**Main Areas of Responsibilities and Key Activities**

**Sales Management and Development**
- Understand customer needs, industry drivers, and unique selling points deeply to recommend the best solutions, leading to the achievement of value creation for the customers and BASF.
- Conclude business contracts and maintain business growth at designated customers.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Implement pricing strategy and support launch of new products at key customers.

**Customer Management**
- Keep close contact with existing customers and enhance business relationship.
- Develop new customers.
- Coordinate with BASF experts to conduct field visits, seminars, presentations and attend to customers’ inquiries.
- Conduct customers’ assessments and analyses to align and ensure the strategic focus in the right place.
- Ensure all supporting functions involved in the delivery of agreed customers’ needs; resolve problems/ expedite matters where appropriate

**Credit Management**
- Monitor the growth of the customers’ business, review and coordinate with credit controlling team to make appropriate credit recommendations.
- Follow-up on payment collections and ensure on-time payment from the customers.

**Transferred Project Management**
- Closely collaborate with respective teams (Transplant, GKAM/RKAM, Commercial Management, etc.) to capture the transferred projects effectively.
- Effectively communicate with related stakeholders to design business model, sales route, price scheme and grow the business.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree, preferably in Chemistry or Commerce
- Minimum 5 years experiences in commercial; preferably in plastics and chemical industries
- Good knowledge of EP and Industry market in Vietnam i.e. Automotive, Footwear - Sports - Leisure, E&E, Medical, Extrusion, etc.
- Good English and computer skills (MS. Office). Chinese language ability is an advantage.
- Required Leadership Competencies: Act with Entrepreneurial Drive, Demonstrate Customer Focus, Communicate Effectively, Collaborate for Achievement.
