**Mô tả công việc**:

- Nhiệm vụ chính:
**+ Công tác tổ chức, quản trị nguồn nhân lực**:

- Tổ chức thực hiện việc kiêm nhiệm, thuyên chuyển, quy hoạch, thăng tiến phát triển nhân sự, bổ nhiệm, miễn nhiệm, sa thải nhân sự.
- Giám sát việc tuân thủ các Nội quy, Quy định, Chính sách của Công ty.

**+ Công tác tuyển dụng**:

- Tổ chức xây dựng cơ sở dữ liệu tuyển dụng.
- Tổ chức thực hiện tuyển dụng CBNV theo kế hoạch và theo đúng Quy trình tuyển dụng và đáp ứng nhu cầu về nguồn nhân lực của Công ty.

**+ Công tác đào tạo và phát triển nguồn nhân lực**:

- Hỗ trợ Phòng Đào tạo tổ chức thực hiện kế hoạch đào tạo theo đúng quy trình.
- Tổ chức và triển khai công tác thi đua, khen thưởng, kỷ luật.
- Xây dựng và triển khai văn hóa doanh nghiệp.

**+ Công tác tiền lương & phúc lợi**:

- Tổ chức và triển khai ký hợp đồng lao động, phụ lục hợp đồng lao động với người lao động.
- Tổ chức thực hiện Khám sức khỏe định kỳ hàng năm.

**+ Công tác hành chính quản trị văn phòng**:

- Tổ chức và thực hiện công tác lễ tân, khánh tiết, hội họp.
- Giúp việc Ban Giám đốc về kiểm soát nội dung, hình thức trình bày các thông báo tất cả các Phòng ban/Bộ phận khi giao dịch với bên ngoài.
- Tổ chức và thực hiện quản lý, bảo trì, sửa chữa, thanh lý tài sản và cơ sở hạ tầng của Công ty.
- Tổ chức sắp xếp việc đi lại phục vụ công việc của CBNV theo quy định.
- Tổ chức và thực hiện công tác an ninh nội bộ, PCCC của Công ty.

**+ Công tác pháp lý**:

- Tổ chức thực hiện các thủ tục pháp lý để xin các giấy phép, giấy chứng nhận theo Quy định của Pháp luật.
- Xem xét tính pháp lý của các Hợp đồng mua bán, các văn bản nội bộ.
- Tổ chức thực hiện thuê ngoài đối với các vấn đề pháp lý lớn (không tự thực hiện được).
- Tổ chức và phối hợp cùng Phòng Đào tạo thực hiện phổ biến các văn bản pháp luật liên quan đến hoạt động của Doanh nghiệp cho các Quản lý và Nhân viên liên quan.
- Tổ chức việc tham gia tranh tụng khi có kiện cáo xảy ra.

**+ Thay mặt Giám đốc xử lý các công việc theo ủy quyền của Giám đốc.**

**Yêu cầu ứng viên**:

- **Học vấn và kinh nghiệm**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Luật, QTKD, Kinh tế, Marketing
- Kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 5 năm ở vị trí tương đương.
- **Năng lực**:

- Trung thực, hoạt bát, năng động, ham học hỏi, có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
- Kiến thức chuyên sâu về pháp luật liên quan đến người lao động.
- Nắm vững những quy định pháp luật doanh nghiệp.
- Khả năng trình bày thuyết phục.
- Khả năng làm việc độc lập.
- Sắp xếp công việc khoa học và có khả năng tổ chức tốt công việc.
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
- Các kĩ năng nghe, nó, đọc, viết tiếng Anh ở mức khá.
