Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience working in electronics/computer consumer hardware
- Experience with manufacturing/operations in original equipment manufacturer (OEM) management and supply chain management
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations Engineering, or a relevant field
- Experience in the consumer technology market and with OEMs, Original Device Manufacturers (ODMs), and third-party suppliers
- Experience working with global and cross-functional internal/external teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve goals
- Excellent analytical, quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, creativity, and strategic skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead cross-functional teams within Google and with external partners to prepare for production ramp and product transitions.
- Drive manufacturing operational readiness in the factory, leveraging partner resources as well as ongoing efficiency and improvement across factories.
- Anticipate production and operational risk, communicate/partner with OEMs to manage line bring-ups, qualification, material availability, and quality issues.
- Lead regular meetings to communicate plans with cross-functional operations and demand planning. Adapt plans based on changing customer requirements.
- Work with OEM partners to ensure performance goals for Quality, Turn Around Time (TAT), and Throughput (I/O/S) are met or exceeded.
