GENERAL MISSION / NHIỆM VỤ CHUNG
- Performs all types of food preparation as instructed by the Executive Chef /Executive Sous Chef in a professional way to ensure quality and consistency, is fully responsible for his assigned section.

RESPONSIBILITIES & MEANS / TRÁCH NHIỆM CHUNG
- Supply enough mise-en-place and ensure smooth operation.

Chuẩn bị đủ thực phẩm, đảm bảo phục vụ hoàn hảo.
- Has knowledge of all preparation concerning ingredients, cooking techniques and presentation.

Hiểu biết về tất cả các nguyên liệu, kỹ thuật chế biến và trình bày món ăn.
- Ensure quality and freshness of all food preparation and cooking.

Đảm bảo chất lượng và độ tươi mới của sản phẩm.

ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES / TRÁCH NHIỆM HÀNH CHÍNH
- Ensure that productions done according to the standard recipes at all times.

Đảm bảo chế biến món ăn luôn luôn theo đúng công thức
- Delegate work to the Demi Chef De Partie, Cook and Commis assigned to him
- Phân công việc cho tổ phó và nhân viên cấp dưới.
- Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.

TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / TRÁCH NHIỆM CHUYÊN MÔN
- Check fridge and products thoroughly to avoid spoilage.

Kiểm tra tủ lạnh và thực phẩm kỹ lưỡng để tránh hư hỏng.
- Check refrigerators temperature records are done twice daily.

Kiểm tra nhiệt độ tủ lạnh và thực hiện việc ghi chép 2 lần mỗi ngày.
- Check food sample recording are done.

Thực hiện việc ghi chép kiểm tra mẫu thức ăn.
- Has knowledge of all food items concerning ingredients, cooking techniques and preparation.

Hiểu biết về tất cả nguyên liệu, kỹ thuật chế biến và trình bày món ăn.
- Make sure all selection is clean before leaving his/her shift.

Đảm bảo mọi nơi trong bếp sạch sẽ trước khi kết thúc ca.

COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITES / TRÁCH NHIỆM THƯƠNG MẠI
- Is alert in energy saving.

Thực hành tiết kiệm nhiên liệu.
- Ensure production and quality meets hotel standard.

Đảm bảo quá trình chế biến và chấ lượng món ăn đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn của khách sạn.

HUMAN RESPONSIBILITIES / TRÁCH NHIỆM NHÂN SỰ
- Establishes and maintains good relationships in his section.

Thiết lập và duy trì tốt mối quan hệ trong tổ.
- Follow hotel rules and regulation at all times.

Luôn tuân thủ các quy định và quy tắc của khách sạn.

RELATIONS / QUAN HỆ CHUNG
- Report directly to Banquet Chef.

Báo cáo trực tiếp với Bếp trưởng bếp tiệc.
- Keep good relationship with all staff at all times.

Luôn giữ mối quan hệ tốt với tất cả nhân viên.

REPLACEMENT AND TEMPORARY MISSIONS / THAY THỂ VÀ NHIỆM VỤ TẠM THỜI
- Replace Banquet Chef when requested and ensures that work is done properly.

Thay thế Bếp trưởng bếp tiệc khi được yêu cầu và đảm bảo công việc mỗi ngày..
- Perform any other duties as assigned by his/her superior.
