**Job Description**:

- Đào tạo và giám sát công việc của nhân viên bếp tại các khu vực được chỉ định
- Đảm bảo vệ sinh cá nhân và có thái độ cư xử phù hợp với tất cả thành viên trong bếp
- Sản xuất thực phẩm có chất lượng cao trong khu vực chuyên biệt trong khi chuẩn bị thực phẩm và đảm bảo rằng tất cả các nhân viên khác cũng thực hiện đúng như vậy
- Kiếm tra hương vị, nhiệt độ và bề ngoài món ăn được chuẩn bị đảm bảo chất lượng và khẩu phần đúng theo tiêu chuẩn đề ra cho món ăn đó
- Ngăn chặn việc sử dụng các sản phẩm bị hư hỏng trong bất kỳ giai đoạn chuẩn bị thực phẩm nào và ngăn chặn các nhân viên bị ốm hoặc bị nhiễm trùng tham gia vào quá trình chuẩn bị hoặc xử lý thực phẩm
- Đảm bảo rằng tất cả các chính sách và thủ tục về an toàn, sức khỏe, an ninh và kiểm soát tổn thất cũng như luật pháp của Chính phủ được tuân thủ
- Thành thạo về các quy trình cứu hỏa và an toàn tính mạng/ khẩn cấp của khách sạn
- Áp dụng các biện pháp phòng ngừa cần thiết liên quan đến tiêu chuẩn an toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm của khách sạn (HACCP)
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ hợp lý khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý

**Qualifications**:

- Có bằng tốt nghiệp Trung Cấp trở lên
- Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương
- Đọc, viết và nói thành thạo tiếng Anh
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và tiếp xúc khách hàng tốt
- Có khả năng quan sát, để ý chi tiết
- Có khả năng làm việc tốt trong các tình huống căng thẳng và áp lực cao
- Là một người truyền động lực và chủ động
