With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a talented to join our team. You will be responsible for expanding our relationships with KOLs, influencers, and other strategic partners to better understand customer feedback and needs. Also, this job will report directly to the CEO.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Build and Maintain Partnerships**: Develop and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, and strategic partners, including international contacts, to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- **Analyze and Monitor Performance**: Track and analyze partnership campaigns, gather and evaluate feedback from partners to refine strategies and optimize results.
- **Develop Partnership Strategies**: Propose and implement creative partnership strategies to enhance the value of our products and brand.
- **Collect and Address Feedback**: Work directly with KOLs and influencers to gather customer feedback and needs, then suggest improvements for products and services.
- **Project Management**: Coordinate and manage partnership projects from planning through execution, ensuring objectives are met on time.
- **Market Research**: Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify new partnership opportunities and improve current strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least **2+ years of experience **in **partner development, account management, or similar roles, **preferably with experience working with KOLs and influencers. **Experience in the e-commerce sector is a plus.**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
- **Quick Learner**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new skills and job requirements.
