Business Development Manager

**Job description**:
- Work with Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and manage own sales team members for sales strategy and execution plan to meet sales target
- Create plans for developing and maintaining potential clients/partners relations.
- Understand IBs and Direct Clients and own sales team’s needs and goals
- Receive feedback from own sales members about clients’ need and propose the relevant solutions
- Manage own sales team KPIs, assist in recruiting and training new sales members to to meet assigned KPIs
- Research, analyze market trend, detailed competitor analysis and propose it to RSM to adjust business strategy accordingly
- Work with Marketing/Customer Service team for timely system’s technical issues support or for Marketing input/promotion information or to deliver highest customer satisfaction

- Làm việc dưới RSM và quản lý đội ngũ nhân viên sales nhằm đảm bảo mục tiêu doanh số theo chỉ tiêu được giao, định hướng, theo dõi tiến độ thực hiện của nhân viên Sale. Thiết lập kế hoạch mục tiêu theo ngày, tuần, tháng, quý và triển khai cho nhân viên sale
- Chủ động tạo dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với khách hàng và các đối tác (IB)
- Hiểu rõ nhu cầu và mục tiêu của các đối tác, khách hàng trực tiếp và đội nhóm kinh doanh
- Tiếp nhận thông tin phản hồi từ phía nhân viên về nhu cầu của khách hàng, đưa ra phương án xử lý.
- Phụ trách quản lý đội ngũ nhân viên sale, hỗ trợ tuyển dụng, đào tạo nhân viên mới hoàn thành Target của công ty
- Nghiên cứu các chương trình hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh, nắm rõ ưu và nhược điểm của công ty, từ đó đưa ra các chiến lược giải pháp phù hợp
- Làm việc với Phòng Marketing/Phòng Chăm sóc Khánh hàng để được hỗ trợ kịp thời các vấn đề kỹ thuật của hệ thống hoặc để đóng góp ý kiến vào chiến lược cạnh tranh/chương trình khuyến mãi hoặc để mang lại sự hài lòng cao nhất cho khách hàng
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Own Sales team and MIBs available
- Minimum 1 years of experience in team leader position in financial services or FX sector
- A proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams
- Excellent communication and teamwork spirit
- Solid negotiation skill; able to analyze the needs/goal of different types of clients or partners
- Good command of English is a plus

- Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý 1 đội nhóm kinh doanh ngành tài chính
- Thành tích vượt trội về việc dẫn dắt thành công và thúc đẩy đội nhóm
- Khả năng giao tiếp xuất sắc và tinh thần làm việc theo nhóm
- Có năng lực đàm phán và phân tích nhu cầu các loại khách hàng/đối tác khác nhau
- Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh là một lợi thế
