- SALES SECRETARY (MT)- MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC1. Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện, xử lý đơn hàng từ đội ngũ sales Kênh Bán Hàng Hiện Đại (MT) hàng ngày trên hệ thống NC/ _Be responsible for implementing, processing the Sales Orders of Sales Team in the Modern Trade (MT) Channel which process in the NC (New Century) system day by day_
- Nhận, kiểm tra tất cả đơn hàng từ Giám sát bán hàng/ _Receive_, check_ Sales _O_rders from Sales Supervior_
- Tạo, xử lý đơn hàng trên hệ thống NC/ _Create, process Sales Orders in the NC _
- Kiểm tra chương trình khuyến mãi cho từng đơn vị phân loại hàng (SKU)/ _Check the Promotion_ Program for each_ S_tock _K_eeping _U_nit (SKU)_

2. Tiến hành làm biên bản hoàn trả, thu hồi hóa đơn/ _Implement the goods/invoice returns record_
- Nhận thông tin hóa đơn sai từ SS, khách hàng / _Receive information about mistake invoices from Sales Supervisors, Customers_
- Tiến hành làm biên bản hoàn trả, thu hổi hóa đơn /_Implement the goods/invoice returns_
- Xuất lại đơn hàng mới trên NC / _Create, issues a new Invoice in the NC system_
- Theo dõi hóa đơn khách hàng ký cho đến khi hóa đơn được ký và gửi về cho SA./_Follow up new invoice with customer’s sign process until the end and submit to Sales Admin_

- YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆCTrình độ học vấn, chuyên môn/ _Education background_:_
- Đại học/ Cao đẳng, chuyên ngành QTKD, Kinh tế/ _University/ College with the Business Administration, Economics major_

Kinh nghiệm/ _Working Experience:_
- Ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Thư ký kinh doanh /_At least 01 year of experience in the sales secretary position_

Năng lực/ _Competency:_**_ _**
- Có kiến thức về Excel, Word/ Have knowledge of Excel, Word
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp Căn bản/_English Communication level Bacis_
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp/_ _Communication skills_
