**Team Intro**:
The Global E-commerce Ops Team is responsible for capturing and identifying users' commerce intentions and operating the whole process to promote GMV. This team focuses on building and strengthening user awareness that they can shop on TikTok, enhance the usage frequency of the search function, and stimulate users's e-commerce search needs, while improving users' search experience, accelerating the e-commerce business to grow.

What will I be doing?
- Responsible for the optimization of e-commerce project search recommendation/evaluation/labeling projects, able to deeply understand users' search intentions, and combine output strategies such as local culture and user usage habits to ensure online user search experience;
- Work closely with central team, local team, Product RD team and PM team to adjust search strategy, formulate strategy recommendation/evaluation/labeling standards and accurately analyze cases, and drive continuous optimization of search strategy;
- Participate in the planning of e-commerce projects and undertake the needs of the search side, and follow up the guideline update and training process to ensure that they meet expectations
- Willing to work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese. English would be the working language.
- An in-depth understanding of regional culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of users
- Excellent identifying problems, problem-solving skills, and learning abilities
- Your ability to work in a high-tempo environment, adapt, and respond to the day-to-day challenges of the role.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge about search engines, the best way to be addicted to TikTok, and familiarity with shopping apps like Amazon, Temu or others.
- Familiar with common office software, preferably having search operation experience;
- Team management experience is a bonus.
- Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
