In this role you will be responsible for establishing international e-commerce platform TSP relationships, recruiting strategies, and attracting investment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for establishing international e-commerce platform TSP relationships, recruiting strategies, and attracting investment. The core goal is the number of high-quality TSP and the number of merchants covered by TSP.
- Work closely with TSP to provide guidance in identifying business opportunities, formulating business strategies, and other aspects, prioritizing coverage of high-priority industries and customers to enhance TSP retention.
- By optimizing strategies such as products, short videos, and LIVE, we can improve the GMV performance of TSPs covering merchants, help TSP diagnose data such as traffic and sales, and improve their Operational Efficiency.
- Design TSP Incentive Mechanism to develop efficient incentive methods at different growth stages of TSPs through on-site research, data analysis, and other methods.
- Collaborate with category teams to monitor the business performance of TSPs covering merchants and optimize the matching strategy between TSPs and merchants.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of relevant work experience in e-commerce TSPs, experience in international e-commerce and LIVE e-commerce TSPs is preferred.
- Possess good logical analysis skills and data sensitivity, be familiar with the cost and revenue structure of TSPs, and be able to guide operations with Data Analysis in category trends, performance evaluation, project execution, etc.
- Have rich project management experience and XFN collaboration experience, as well as good teamwork spirit, be able to independently reach and promote internal and external cooperation;
- Proficient in English, overseas cross-cultural work and life experience is preferred.
