The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

TikTok E-Commerce Creator Growth and Development Team's objective is to acquire and cultivate creators in a scaleable way to create E-Commerce content in TikTok. This role will require daily interaction with local creators.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build creator growth funnels from entry-level to break-even tailored for different e-commerce business needs.
- Increase the funnel conversion rate by identifying pain points, and strategizing initiatives.
- Understand e-commerce content and design educational materials and approaches for targeted creators.
- Cooperate with cross-function teams to deliver creator team business targets in content or GMV wise.
- Recap and share key learnings with the team to improve based on the actions, not assumptions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree with strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- 3+ years experience in a work experience as a creator manager or content platform operator.
- Result-driven, data-driven, PSO background is preferred.
- Good communication skills, open-minded, self-driven.
