Printify will use this investment to further expand its marketplace and hire the best talents available around the world.

**The Role**

As a Community Specialist, you will be responsible for growing and managing our Facebook community of loyal and engaged customers in Vietnam. You will be the main point of content for our customers in the social media space and you will help to find solutions to their problems while building brand loyalty and driving sales. This position involves daily networking with our merchants across different media channels, monitoring and improving the brand sentiment, identifying new campaign opportunities and providing value adding merchant experience at all times.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow our Facebook community in Vietnam
- Build strong relationships with our merchants and help them find solutions to their issues
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns in the group to increase its engagement and acquire new customers
- Monitor, track and report on the community performance
- Organize offline events and connect with our customers
- Stay on the loop with all industry trends and proactively engage with the audience in external channels
- Build partnerships with industry experts and influencers on Facebook, YouTube and TikTok

**Minimum qualifications**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing or communications field
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar
- Fluent written and spoken English, and Vietnamese proficiency
- Open personality and ability to effortlessly engage with people
- Good knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- Good understanding of marketing metrics
- Good analytical and reporting skills

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a community specialist or similar position
- Experience in organizing offline events will be considered an advantage
- Experience in marketing for a B2B or ecommerce company
- Ability to work independently
