- **Responsibility**:
**Increase Brand Awareness by Sharpening Online and Offline Communications**
- Based on the company’s vision and services, drafts communications campaigns and create messaging strategies, which may include social media platforms, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia.
- Prepare plans for promoting the brand and its service/products during social events where the most potential consumers are to be found.
- Become a part of social media groups to engage in trending discussions within the industry.
- Develop ideas to improve communication between brand and potential clients

**Creates and coordinates promoting packages and pitch story ideas and content to media.**
- Attends trade shows and community fairs, company job fairs and networking events.
- Organize, schedule, and prepare key leaders for press interviews.
- Collaborate with the internal department (HR, Key Account, Sales) to promote employer branding programs.
- Track and report marketing activities and campaign performance.
- Gather and analyze feedback data to develop new ideas improving marketing strategy.
- **What we need from you**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing and Public Relations or equivalent work experience
- Having passion and willingness to learn about BPO, Digital Transformation, Software as a Service (SaaS), AI, ML, and industry trends
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations.
- Proactive and able to play a role as a connector amongst departments
- Having a growth mindset, curious to learn - you are a person who will continue to seek opportunities to level up your skills and have professional experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English
