As a Master Data Specialist in our Sourcing Office in Vietnam, you will:

- Secure quality, speed, and accuracy of master data updates in various systems, mainly for data in relation to product and suppliers for our global sourcing business.
- Keep a close dialogue with our organization in Sweden on related master data work tasks.
- Own the updates in CSR external platform Amorfi and internal system; follow up on and act on any deviations.
- Support additional administrative/support tasks as relevant or as appointed by your manager.

**Who are you?**

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses a continuous improvement mindset. You should have:

- 1+ years’ experience in data management/maintaining system updates.
- Strong PC system skills, strong Excel knowledge, and experience in PowerBi is a plus.
- Fluent in English communication, both written and spoken.
- A structured, proactive approach to work, the ability to take ownership, and a mindset geared towards follow-up and improvement.

Relevant education from a university, college, or vocational university is desirable. You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in English. You will report to the Sourcing Manager in Vietnam.
