Change Management Manager

**Responsibilities**:
This role will be part of the Change management team, will partner with technology to provide consulting and advisory services to the business, contribute to the business strategy, influence technology investment spend and define solutions to maximize value for the company.

This role is responsible for consulting with senior business managers to define business solutions anchored on digitalization, align with the value priorities, Technology Strategy and Target Architecture to maximize long term benefits and achieve outcomes.

**Key responsibilities**:
Consulting business
- Engage with business leaders to understand their priorities, value drivers and needs.
- Provide well-conceived, clearly articulated, pragmatic solutions and recommendations to complex business problems.
- Work with senior business leaders to translate needs into actionable initiatives and development requirements
- Lead and work with cross functional teams to deliver the strategic roadmaps
- Define, structure and develop work products, deliverables and stakeholder communication
- Conduct workshops with senior business leaders to uncover new opportunities to be explored, prototyped or developed
- Conduct research to identify, assess and quantify new trends in demand and technology
- Conduct research to benchmark competitor activities in strategic development areas, emerging technologies and digitalization
- Attend and participate in industry events and forums to exchange and gain knowledge on emerging technologies with industry SME’s, and identify potential future partners

**Experience requirements**:
Knowledge and Experience
- 8-10 years experience within the technology, financial services or in business management consulting
- 5+ years experience delivering business solutions
- Experience with leading consulting and advisory engagements
- Experience in leading business process improvement initiatives
- Experience with delivering projects or programs
- Ability to leverage appropriate techniques to lead the elicitation of requirements and solutions
- Solid analytical skills required to define problem or process improvement opportunity, identify and analyze options and propose solutions
- Presentation and communication skills and comfortable presenting to a wide range of audiences

**Education requirements**:

- Excellent spoken and written English
