New Product Development
- Follow the Company's strategic product innovation goals to create items with a distinct selling point, excellent taste, and appropriate gross profit percentage.
- Consolidate data for new product requirements, including inputs from consumer insights team, focus group testing, and centralized tests.
- Develop and adjust food recipes and ingredient selections based on nutrition, shelf life, regulations, customer input, seasonal availability, and cost.
- Develop new product specifications and formulations, as well as food production standards. Operating Procedures
Product Commercialization
- Manage food production, maintaining uniformity in taste, texture, and presentation.
- Improve recipe formulation, ingredients, and food preparation procedures to meet mass production and compliance standards.
- Review ways for improving product quality and ensuring compliance with food rules during mass production.
- Make recommendations for designing new manufacturing processes or modifying present ones.
Training and Food Safety
- Provide extensive instruction to the training team and third parties on product procedures, ingredients, recipes, food safety, and preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation while adhering to food safety standards.
- Ensure equipment is in good operating order, clean, and well-maintained.

Product Standardization:

- Ensure new products are launched with clear and complete information.
- Develop SOPs for Operations to ensure product quality and consistency across the system.
- Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
- Stabilize product quality, update standards, and adapt to supplier changes as needed.

**Job Requirements**:
- 05 years of experience in Food New Product Innovation, preferably in a F&B company, or high-volume, fine dining restaurant or experience as a 4-star or 5-star hotel chef.
- Demonstrated ability to design menu architect, build recipes for Asian and/or Western food
- Stay updated on emerging food trends & techniques to continuously enhance our offerings
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards, Health and Safety rules and procedures, HACCP requirements, Inventory Management
- Strong Vietnamese & and English language skills
