Own the event marketing program calendars, organizing both insiders events and industry events, managing all aspects of the projects from speakers recruitment to logistics.

- Plan and manage the technical and logístical support services to ensure the seamless execution of an event.

- Manage within approved event budgets and negotiate the best value across all events, from regional to global webinars and provide post event summaries

- Supervise assigned events and ensure guesting is on track, target accounts are based on the project brief & get the right key opinion leaders to moderate events

- Developing a networking strategy to arrange face-to-face meetings with global decisionmakers (chairmen, CEOs, COOs etc.)

- Build awareness and influence revenue by partnering with sales teams to provide a channel that delivers face-to-face interactions with prospects and customers that drive sales conversions.

- Provide meeting and event expertise and direction, working with all internal stakeholders and on their marketing initiatives.

- Build out an event strategy, set goals, and handle all of the execution and follow up reporting to drive the highest ROI in influencing pipeline

**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication in English

- Able to handle multiple tasks

- Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented

- Hungry to grow, desire to succeed with a “never give up” spirit

- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Event or Communications

- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in event marketing

- Proven track record in running campaigns and promotion for events

- Excellent forward-thinking, strategic and confident leadership skills

- Strength in strategic and analytical thinking
