**Responsibilities**:

- Sales:
- Manage sales funnel of Vietnamese customers (B2C local community): prospect and qualify leads, understanding needs, present services, negotiate contract, close deal.
- Build partnerships with hotels and hostels to attract local and foreign tourists
- Maintain customer base in CRM system with full information, contracts, pricing, events, etc. and appropriate actions on deadline
- Represent FMP at events and meetings
- Marketing:

- Create content for website blog, social media posts, website, press releases
- Humanize our brand’s online presence by answering requests and consultations from customers, share and interact with other audiences and channels.
- Participate with creative ideas and execution support for campaigns to promote services and brand
- Market research to evaluate and improve understanding needs, channels and events of target groups (long and short term foreigners, Vietnamese population and partner organization (schools, embassies, chambers of commerce) through desk research and surveys to develop new services, find new segments or areas of business
- Admin taskslike managing stock and ordering of marketing material(brochures, banners, goodies,..), organization of logistics for events, conferences, etc
- Translations where needed
- Perform other assignments as assigned by line manager
- Support team in all activities
- Weekly, monthly report to manager/director

- 3 years’ experience in a sales and marketing role for strong brands, preferably in the service industry, with both B2C as B2B background, with ability and willingness to learn and grow.
- Very good Vietnamese and English language skills
- Great interpersonal skills and bridge builder, explain well, can interact with different people
- Creative thinker with great writing skills and ideas about storytelling be it with words, infographics or (moving) images.
- Energetic and enthusiastic participant of events, with ability to reach out to different age groups and cultural backgrounds (from expat children to elderly locals)
- Flexible in working hours (may require weekend work at events)
- Experience in digital marketing, design software or producing and editing photo or video is a plus
