**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the processes and technology used in marketing campaigns and activities.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of marketing initiatives, aligning them with the overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement marketing operations strategies to support the organization's marketing goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for measuring campaign success, synchronize action plans and ensure effective communication.
- Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to marketing tools and systems.
- Streamline marketing processes, workflows, and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning within the marketing operations team.

**Competencies**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Marketing and Sales role.
- Possess an understanding of marketing strategy & planning, to align marketing operations to business goals
- Ability to analyse data, derive meaningful insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI
- Experience working collaboratively with teams across departments, such as sales, finance, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing operations with overall business objectives.
- Comfort with marketing technology tools, data management, and analytics platforms, as well as the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Able to establish successful working relationships with a wide range of diverse people, both internal and external to the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, find solutions, and make data-driven recommendations for marketing operations optimization.
- Outgoing, optimistic, and a team player.
- Able to liaise well with English-speaking clients as the market focuses on Singapore

**Work Info**:

- Work arrangement: 100% Remote (Work from home). Hence, a strong internet connection is necessary
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, Singapore Time zone
- Public Holiday setting: Follows Singapore Public Holiday

Pay: 14,000,000₫ - 18,000,000₫ per month
