**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Tìm kiếm, chăm sóc, xây dựng mối quan hệ với KOL/KOCs, Brands
- Hiểu về mô hình hợp tác với KOL, hiểu về năng lực KOL, lựa chọn KOL, tiến hành đàm phán, thương lượng, hợp đồng
- Có khả năng lên ý tưởng và hỗ trợ kịch bản (nếu cần) cho KOL/KOCs, lập kế hoạch cho việc hợp tác quảng cáo, kết hợp KOL tạo ra những sản phẩm Media chất lượng.

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:
- Full time: Lương cứng + Phần trăm hoa hồng doanh số (Thỏa thuận theo năng lực) + Thưởng giới thiệu KOC gia nhập Network
- Phúc lợi:
- Được trực tiếp làm việc và gặp gỡ, giao lưu với các Kols, Creator nổi tiếng.
- Được hỗ trợ tiền gửi xe, ăn trưa tại công ty.
- Nghỉ phép 1 ngày/ tháng theo quy định.
- Du lịch 3 lần/ năm
**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng
**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm bán hàng hoặc booking từ 6 tháng trở lên
- Có kiến thức về TikTok, Facebook và các xu hướng, các KOC nổi bật trên các nền tảng mạng xã hội
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết phục, đàm phán tốt. Có khả năng quan sát và xử lý tình huống linh hoạt
