- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, expand market share and develop the business further in North Vietnam.
- Lead, manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to drive performance and meet objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key accounts in the infant nutrition, dairy, confectionery, coffee and beverage categories, as well as developing new sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, particularly in the dairy sector, to maximize growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and operations to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and business development

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Sales Manager
- Preferably a bachelor’s degree in food technology or food sciences, any other science
- based background, relevant sales and leadership experience, possibly an MBA.
- Proven track record of min. 3 years of successful sales management and business development within the food industry, preferably in nutrition or related sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve the targeted aspirational results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in Vietnamese and English verbally and in writing.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, while being practical and efficient.
- Ability to travel within Vietnam and internationally as required.
- Experience in managing key accounts on various levels, proven effective stakeholder management and a deep understanding of market dynamics in the food industry.
