**Sales**:
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.
We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
**About the role**:
To build and develop a competent Trade Sales organization (FLM and above) with team members being equipped with right knowledge and skills for outperforming. Also, to partner with Human Resources department to build overall leadership competencies across functions.
**Your responsibilities**:
Access and implement learning and development platform/process throughout Trade Sales organization, in alignment with the company’s direction and the overall business goals.
Establish training standards for Trade Sales organization and provide quality assessment for training courses where so required.
Develop strategic partnerships with channel heads in trade sales to identify and intervene on commercial capability development initiatives that foster the needed learning and address/close the identified gaps.
Lead trade sales talent management from acquiring to on-boarding, development and retention.
Analyze training needs and determine measures required to enhance employee job performance in alignment with expected performance and to equip employees with the required skills and competencies to achieve the business objectives.
Design, tailor and execute training programs, development processes and learning tools.

A strong team leader with a track record of developing people and building organization capabilities.
Experiences of designing and facilitating knowledge training and skill building programs that supports continuous development and practical implementation to enhance participants performance.
Successfully designed and implemented training programs.
