- Thời gian làm việc: Thứ 2 - Thứ 6 (8H-5H30)
- Địa điểm làm việc: Orion Vietnam Headquarter, HCM.- 1. Nghiên cứu tại các cửa hàng kênh Hyper/CVS/CS/Ecom/ TT:
- + Nghiên cứu hành vi mua hàng của Khách hàng (Chủ cửa hàng) và người tiêu dùng tại kênh TT theo nhóm sản phẩm (Pie/Bis/Snack/Bánh gạo/Kẹo).- + Nghiên cứu Hoạt động trưng bày tại điểm bán ảnh hưởng đến hành vi mua hàng.- + Nghiên cứu mức độ cạnh tranh theo giá sản phẩm.- + Nghiên cứu mức độ yêu cầu ký quỹ, sản lượng lớn - nhỏ (có nên đầu tư), phương thức mua chuyển đổi,...- 2. Dựa trên hành trình, xu hướng và dữ liệu hành vi của người mua hàng, lập kế hoạch và vận hành từng sản phẩm kênh (Hyper/CVS/CS/TT Channel) bằng SKUS chuyên dụng:
- + Thiết kế combo / giftset / SKU mới giá cả hấp dẫn và cạnh tranh- + Thiết kế nhãn hiệu, thông số kỹ thuật đóng gói đảm bảo vận hành nhà máy + trưng bày tại shop- 3. Hợp tác cùng Brand team để nắm các chiến lược về Brands và Người Tiêu Dùng cho Sản phẩm hiện hữu và sản phẩm mới.- 4. Làm việc với MT/ECOM/TT- Sales Planning để xây dựng các chương trình thúc đẩy doanh số bán hàng dựa trên nhu cầu thực tế, tối ưu hoá chi phí.- 5. Đánh giá liên tục hiệu quả của chương trình và đưa ra khuyến nghị để tối ưu hóa.- 6. Các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu từ trưởng bộ phận.**Chức vụ**: Nhân viên/Chuyên viên

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp đại học các chuyên ngành về Kinh Tế, Marketing, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan.
- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên trong ngành FMCG (đặc biệt là công ty sản xuất thực phẩm), ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm các vị trí tương tự như: Trade Marketing, Product Marketing, Channel Development,....
- Có kiến thức tổng quan về các kênh bán hàng TT/ MT/ Ecom & hiểu biết về hành vi người mua hàng là 1 lợi thế.
- Kỹ năng sử dụng excel và phân tích data tốt.
- Năng động và chủ động trong công việc.
