**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Assist Leasing Manager with the management of the tenancies
- Ensure lease documents are issued accurately & timely.
- Negotiate with tenant in term of clauses in lease documents to keep the lease as standard as well as other issues to protect the company’s benefit.
- Manage all data of tenant for lease management reports.
- Manage SAP system in term of lease data & be responsible for accuracy of data for rental billing.
- Be liable for target of arrears to the management.
- Collect all money arising from the lease such as Deposit top up, CPI/EXR
- Follow cases involved legal proceedings
- Manage & train the lease management staff to make sure the team can achieve the KPI assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the lease administration of shopping centers
- Excellent in negotiation skills
- Understanding of leasing is in a favor.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Master of Business (Preferable)
