**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Manage all operations of purchasing, including but not limited to preparing purchasing plans, sourcing & selecting vendors, making orders and planning deliveries. Ensure all purchasing requests are met in terms of quality, budget and timeline.
2. Negotiate and prepare purchasing contracts; monitor the quality of products/ services provided; evaluate contracts to ensure their compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
3. Manage Vendors and the services delivered for Office Operations.
4. Conduct periodic evaluations of the overall performance of vendors that KMS is currently working with or plans to work with.
5. Create and manage products/services & suppliers database.
6. Establish, implement & review purchasing policies, procedures and best practices. Ensure the approved policies & procedures are understood and followed.

**Qualifications**:
1. At least 7 years of working experience of which at least 3 years experience in people and purchasing management.
2. A history of delivering high-quality purchasing services and information analysis and reporting.
3. Knowledge of purchasing methods and tools. Experience in bidding is preferred.
4. Experience in the development, interpretation, implementation and evaluation of policies and procedures.
5. Excellent command of English Language.
6. Experience in effectively managing a wide range of relationships.
7. Negotiation and organizational skills.
8. Exceptional integrity in all activities.
9. Ability to keep deadlines, reliability and precision.
10. Very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Excel.
11. Experience in large/multinational working environment and/or technology companies is preferred.
