- Form and lead sales team to achieve sales target
- Build sales forecast, prepare sales plan and performs sales activities
- Propose to improve sales procedure/policies/practices to accomplish goal
- Develop sales team capabilities through training activities
- Monitor and review sales staff performance
- Maintain good relationship with customers
- Identify and develop business opportunities with new and existing customers

- Working time:8:00〜17:00, Mon-Fri、Sat:1 day/month
**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng
**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- Age: 25-30 years old
- Professional look & Have good voice
- Strong communication, presentation & problem-solving skills
- Language: intermediate level of English OR Japanese
- At least 2 years experience as a Sales Executive/Business Development
- Experience in Language center/academic, Insurance, Headhunting, Consulting,... is a big plus
- Experience in managing team members (2-5)
- Experience in training subordinates is a big plus
- Have experience in working startup or educational environment is a plus
