Inland and Trucking:

- Managing & supervising trucking vendors in order to handle SI to meet stand Operation procedure
- Liaising with concerned parties to solve any trucking problem and maintain effective trucking operations and support others related departments.
- At the end of month, make debit note and issue red invoice for customers on system
- Receive and check debit from Vendor
- Request approval and post red invoice on system

CUSTOSM
- Preparing documents for Re-Export, Disposal, manifest amendment, Transit shipment
- Negotiating with suppliers to get rates for trucking & customs services, submit to manager to get approval, post to system
- Updating data into company system to make sure that all information is updated in system.
- Reporting to concerned parties and Managing Director: quantity, gross margin,booking...
- Make sure to issue invoices for customer on time and arrange payment for suppliers.
- Other jobs will be assigned by Manager/Supervisor

- Education: Bachelor’s degree; major in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Export-Import are preferable
- Experience: at least 1 year working experience in Trucking/ Inland
- Good knowledge in Logistics, Sea-air operation, Supply Chain
- Personalities: Active, Dynamic, Responsible, Hardworking
- Proficiency in Microsoft office: Excel, Outlook, Internet, Logistic System
