Duties

The Community Liaison Office (CLO) Assistant in coordination with the Community Liaison Office Coordinator assists in developing and managing a comprehensive post program to maintain high morale. The CLO office identifies the needs of the entire community and responds with effective programming, information, and resources. The CLO Assistant is also a community advocate for employees and families, advising post management on quality of life issues, recommending solutions, and implementing the specific response.

Qualifications and Evaluations

**Requirements**:
EDUCATION: Completion of secondary school is required.

EXPERIENCE: Prior Work Experience: Minimum 2 years work experience in administrative or customer service area in an office setting.

**Education Requirements**:
Completion of secondary school required.

**Evaluations**:
LANGUAGE: Fluent in Speaking/ Reading/ Writing English is required.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must have strong interpersonal skills in order to interact with a variety of persons including family members at post.
