Business Development Manager

**N/A1. Ensure the team has enough product knowledge and b2b selling techniques
training to understand and sell the benefits of the payroll and staffing services to
potential customers.
2. Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns,
and objectives to ensure all team members represent the company in the best
light.
3. Track, record activity and forecast sales targets to help to close deals in order to
ensure they are meeting targets by the team.
4. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and turn this into increased
business.
5. Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust
pipeline of opportunities.
6. Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
7. Attend industry functions, such as association events, HR communities and
conferences. Provide feedback and information on market, creative trends and
identify the best approach to market/source of leads.
8. Develop and generate new client leads through creative prospecting, leveraging
networking, community organization and mixers.
9. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
10.Create and present proposals to potential clients and follow up with professional
and timely persistence.
11. Take them through the meet and greet, proposal, negotiation and contract
documentation phases of the HR2B selling process.
12.Coordinate sales materials and advertising plan with the Marketing team.
13. To Ensure that data reported weekly, monthly and quarterly is accurately entered
and managed on Sales Pipeline using the Sugar CRM or other sales management
system.
14.Be the ‘Business Development’ expert and Train staff in selling techniques and
account management;
**Requirements**:
1. At least 5 years Experience of selling professional services in Viet Nam, and prefer
at least 3 years in a foreign company / international working environment;
2. Demonstrated sales track record with a proven ability to create win/win deals and
handle complex pricing / service scope negotiations;
3. Excellent English communication skills (IELTS 5);
4. Strong computer skills;
5. Show an interest in business and in forming long lasting relationships with people
in the Human Resources profession of Viet Nam.
6. Suit a results driven mature professional with a calm, friendly and outgoing
personality.
