The incumbent of this job is responsible for deploying training delivery plan; training resources in line with business direction of Partnership Distribution; ensuring training activities following with compliance, regulation and legal requirements of MOF & Prudential within assigned region in charge.

- Người đảm nhiệm vị trí này có trách nhiệm toàn bộ về việc triển khai chương trình huấn luyện, đào tạo nguồn nhân lực theo định hướng chiến lược của Bộ phận hợp tác kinh doanh; đảm bảo các hoạt động đào tạo phải tuân thủ đúng pháp luật và các quy định của Bộ Tài chính và Prudential tại khu vực được phân chia._

Job Responsibilities
_/ Phạm vi công việc_

Training Delivery/
_Triển khai chương trình đào tạo_
- Do monthly training delivery plan for the territory in charge
- Triển khai chương trình đào tạo cho khu vực được phân công_
- Take in charge training delivery for Partnership Distribution Junior Sales Management & Lead Generation Junior Management team
- Chịu trách nhiệm huấn luyện cho đội ngũ Quản lý cấp trung cho nhóm Chuyên viên tư vấn tài chính & Chuyên viên Kinh doanh qua Điện thoại của bộ phận Kinh doanh Hợp tác_
- Monitor and ensure the quality of training delivery including active ratio, participation rate, compliancewithin the territory in charge
- Giám sát và đảm bảo chất lượng huấn luyện và đào tạo bao gồm chỉ số hoạt động kinh doanh, chỉ số học viên tham gia lớp hợp, tuân thủ quy địnhtại khu vực được phân công._
- Conduct advanced training program if necessary.
- Thực hiện các chương trình đào tạo nâng cao nếu cần._

Sales Support/
_Hỗ trợ hoạt động kinh doanh_
- Coordinate with Partnership Distribution Sales Force team to support sales activities
- Kết hợp với đội ngũ Kinh doanh của kênh Kinh doanh Hợp tác để hỗ trợ các hoạt động bán._
- Support other Partnership Distribution Sales Trainers in communicating about training activities
- Hỗ trợ đội ngũ Kinh doanh của kênh Kinh doanh Hợp tác trong việc truyền thông các hoạt động đào tạo_

Training materials design and improvement/
_Thiết kế và cải tiến tài liệu đào tạo, huấn luyện_
- Coordinate with Design, Development and TCQA team in giving feedback and improving current material in line with business need and interest of target audience
- Kết hợp với bộ phận Thiết kế, Phát triển và Kiểm soát chất lượng đào tạo để chủ động cung cấp những phản hồi kịp thời cũng như cải tiến tài liệu đào tạo, huấn luyện theo đúng yêu cầu của đội ngũ kinh doanh và đối tượng được huấn luyện_
- Take in charge of designing project-based training material
- Chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế tài liệu huấn luyện theo một số dự án được chỉ định._

Relationship Management/
_Quản lý mối quan hệ_
- Maintain and improve the quality of internal and external relationships to gain the best working results
- Duy trì và cải thiện chất lượng các mối quan hệ trong và ngoài tổ chức để đảm bảo đạt được kết quả công việc tốt nhất._
