- Manage and resolve technical issues related to PD work with team members.

- Work with counterparts in other sites to jointly execute projects as an integral part of the team in global environment.

**Job Requirements**:

- University and above
- Electrical and Electronics, Computer science
- At least 10 years of experience in Physical Design
- Experience in low power, hierarchical design and advanced nodes tape-out.
- Be familiar with mainstream EDA tools, includes APR, STA, PV, IR/EM
- Good at scripting and flow development.
- Active, good at team work and be able to resolve problems independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good at English
- Logical thinking

- Ability to multi-task and can work under deadline pressure.

University and above
