**1. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**:

- Tiếp nhận và giải đáp thắc mắc cho khách hàng các vấn đề liên quan đến kênh vận chuyển Shopee Express.
- Tiếp nhận và xử lý khiếu nại cho khách hàng các vấn đề liên quan đến kênh vận chuyển Shopee Express
- Ghi nhận và chuyển thông tin đến các phòng ban liên quan để hỗ trợ cho khách.

**2. PHÚC LỢI**:

- Thu nhập: 6.258.000 + thưởng KPI lên đến 1.200.000/tháng
- Lương tháng 13
- Xét tăng lương 1 lần/năm, lộ trình thăng tiến rõ ràng
- Tham gia đầy đủ chế độ bảo hiểm: BHXH, BHYT, BHTN
- Quà cho nhân viên vào các dịp Lễ, Tết.
- Chương trình du lịch và các hoạt động team building hàng năm
- Trang bị đầy đủ trang thiết bị làm việc

**3. ĐỊA ĐIỂM VÀ THỜI GIAN LÀM VIỆC**:

- Địa chỉ làm việc: Tầng 10 - Tòa nhà Scetpa, 19A Cộng Hòa, Phường 12, Quận Tân Bình, TP.HCM
- Thời gian làm việc: 8h/ngày, 6 ngày/tuần, nghỉ 1 ngày bất kì trong tuần

**4. YÊU CẦU**:

- Trình độ: 12/12 trở lên (còn giữ bằng)
- Giọng nói dễ nghe, không bị giọng địa phương
- Kinh nghiệm: từ 3 tháng kinh nghiệm trở lên trong chăm sóc khách hàng, tư vấn, bán hàng, sales, kinh doanh, telesales, telemarketing

Loại hình công việc: Toàn thời gian

Lương: 6.258.000₫ - 7.500.000₫ một tháng
