**N/AStructure and build a strong hospital service team.
- Develop strategy and plan for hospital service of Hoan My network.
- Drive the hospital service team at hospitals for their best performance.
- Manage refurbishment, renovations, and office moves.
- Manage general upkeep and maintenance including energy and space efficiency.
- Ensure offices, buildings, and facilities meet government regulations and
environmental, health and security standards.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Supporting hospitals/clinics for the project of alteration, renovation, and new
build including Project Management.
- Provide equipment management services for all inventoried biomedical
equipment.
- Provide on-site biomedical technical support services to maintain and repair
equipment for patient care operations.
- Develop and deploy patient service quality standards.
- Promote and take appropriate action to ensure a culture of excellence in patient
care.
- Plan, direct and organize the overall operation of the Laboratory Department at
all Hoan My hospitals.
- Ensure that services are of the best quality, are cost contained, and are carried
out in an expeditious manner. The additional responsibility is supporting hospitals
to achieve ISO 15189 and relevant certificates for Laboratory activities at Hoan
My hospitals.
- Assure competency of all personnel, maintaining performance improvement
activities within the Laboratory Department at all Hoan My hospitals.
- Develop and deliver solutions for laboratory development.
- Information Technology Management
- Establish the IT/Technology Strategy for HM Group and ensure the effectiveness
of IT investment
- Ensure all the IT Services in SLA.
- Partnering with Business Departments to achieve the business KPI.
- Enhance the productivity of staff, reduce business risk, and save costs through
the technology solution.
- Compliance with the company’s policy & CoC.
- Get involved in other projects in order to develop the quality of hospital service.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 15 years experience in operation with a minimum of 07 years of
management experience.
- Proven track record of continuous improvement projects.
- Proven track record of resource utilization.
- Significant record of success as General Manager at a complex healthcare
services organization, or a healthcare-related environment such as
pharmaceutical, medical technology/devices, where there is significant
knowledge in and interaction with the medical profession and delivery of clinical
services
- Successful track record of planning and delivering major transformation
programs.
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically with exceptional attention to
detail. Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business
development.
- Strategic planning skills with practical hands-on execution ability.
- Good written skills and ability to present to both superior and subordinate teams.
- Be knowledgeable about the healthcare sector and industry.
- Be knowledgeable about finance, sales and marketing, customer services, lean
Six Sigma, or any other continuous improvement tool.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a political environment and establish effective
working relationships with department heads and management.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to scale and ultimately lead a
high-performing team.
- Highly collaborative and flexible team player, able to adapt to changes.
- Highly organized and calendar-driven, able to handle many competing priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for verbal and written communication with
investors, executives, peers, employees, vendors, and customers.
**Benefits**:
Base salary: up to 5,000 USD gross.
