ACG_1834_JOB- Định hướng kinh doanh thương mại điện tử trên thị trường; Xây dựng, triển khai quy trình, hệ thống quản trị, vận hành, kinh doanh sàn thương mại điện tử và cơ sở hạ tầng tăng trưởng hiệu quả hướng tới sự phát triển và lợi nhuận của công ty.-
- Quản lý và tổ chức toàn bộ công việc liên quan đến Kinh doanh, Marketing, Truyền thông, Phát triển thị trường và Quan hệ khách hàng để đạt được mục tiêu chiến lược, doanh số đặt ra.-
- Lập và tổ chức triển khai các kế hoạch kinh doanh đồng thời chịu trách nhiệm quản lý các hoạt động kinh doanh TMĐT. Đảm bảo chỉ tiêu doanh số và hỗ trợ kinh doanh cho các bộ phận liên quan; triển khai và kiểm soát chặt chẽ việc thực kế các kế hoạch được phê duyệt.-
- Định hướng và phát triển chiến lược Marketing phù hợp kế hoạch kinh doanh vào từng giai đoạn. Theo dõi, đánh giá hiệu quả của từng chiến dịch, chương trình khuyến mãi, marketing. Tổng hợp, phân tích, báo cáo kết quả kinh doanh theo từng chương trình, từng quý.-
- Xây dựng ngân sách cho các kế hoạch ngắn hạn và dài hạn liên quan đến kế hoạch và chiến lược phát triển.-
- Thu thập, phân tích các dữ liệu liên quan đến xu hướng của thị trường, phân tích, đánh giá hành vi mua sắm của người tiêu dùng, từ đó đề xuất các hoạt động kinh doanh phù hợp với xu hướng tiêu dùng và định hướng của Tổng công ty.-
- Nghiên cứu và phát triển thị trường mới, xây dựng mối quan hệ chặt chẽ với khách hàng/ đối tác để xây dựng thị trường tiềm năng và tạo ra các cơ hội kinh doanh phù hợp với mục đích tăng trưởng doanh thu cho công ty.-
- Tuyển dụng, huấn luyện và đào tạo đội ngũ.-

- Manage and organize all Sales, Marketing, Communications, Market Development and Customer Relations work to achieve strategic and sales goals.-
- Prepare and organize the implementation of business plans and be responsible for managing e-commerce business activities. Ensure sales targets and business support for relevant departments; Deploy and strictly control the implementation of approved plans.-
- Orient and develop marketing strategies following business plans for each period. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each campaign, promotion and marketing program. Synthesize, analyze and report business results for each program and each quarter.-
- Develop budgets for short-term and long-term plans related to development plans and strategies.-
- Collect and analyze data related to market trends, analyze and evaluate consumer shopping behavior, thereby proposing business activities in accordance with consumer trends and company direction.-
- Research and develop new markets, build close relationships with customers, partners to build potential markets and create business opportunities suitable for the purpose of revenue growth for the company.-
- Recruit, train and coach sales team.-
