Xây dựng chiến lược, kế hoạch, triển khai và điều phối các hoạt động brand và performance marketing (Tỷ trọng: 80%)

1. Dựa trên kế hoạch kinh doanh, xây dựng chiến lược tiếp thị, thương hiệu, và truyền thông;
2. Triển khai chuỗi giá trị hình ảnh của thương hiệu và truyền thông thống nhất trên tất cả các kênh và công cụ truyền thông;
3. Xây dựng, giám sát và phối hợp triển khai các chương trình thúc đẩy doanh thu, quảng bá thương hiệu, bao gồm:

- Xây dựng các chương trình marketing định kỳ theo tháng, quý theo kế hoạch năm được giao;
- Kết nối các phòng/bộ phận liên quan để tổng hợp các kế hoạch thực hiện chi tiết từ Sales, Academic, Agency,...
- Thống nhất, kiểm soát hình ảnh, thông tin theo đúng định hướng brand;
- Lên kế hoạch và phối hợp triển khai thực hiện các Marketing Campaign (Digital, Event, PR, Direct Sales,...);
- Phát triển Marketing Material để hỗ trợ cho các hoạt động Marketing (Gift, Brochure, Video,...)
- Phát triển các kênh truyền thông (Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok,...);
4. Xây dựng bảng tiến độ thực hiện, nhiệm vụ, trách nhiệm của từng bộ phận trong việc triển khai các chương trình truyền thông, tiếp thị của nhãn hàng. Định kỳ rà soát, nhắc nhở, đánh giá khách quan và các biện pháp khắc phục để đảm bảo các chương trình triển khai đúng tiến độ và hiệu quả;
5. Tham gia xây dựng, triển khai các chương trình truyền thông thương hiệu theo sự phân công của công ty và quản lý trực tiếp;
Nghiên cứu thị trường, người tiêu dùng, đối thủ: định lượng và định tính (Tỷ trọng: 10%)

1. Cập nhật thông tin tuần, tháng, quý, năm về thị trường, đối thủ, người tiêu dùng, xu hướng sản phẩm, xu hướng truyền thông để đưa ra các đề xuất, đóng góp ý kiến cho các chương trình, kế hoạch, định hướng của thương hiệu;
2. Phối hợp thực hiện các chương trình nghiên cứu thị trường, tìm hiểu insight, đánh giá cải thiện ý tưởng...;
Thực hiện báo cáo và các công việc khác do BGĐ giao (Tỷ trọng: 10%)

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Quản trị kinh doanh, Markteing;
- Kinh nghiệm: Có tối thiểu 03 năm làm việc với vị trí Marketing Team Leader/ Trợ lý Giám đốc nhãn hàng.
- Tiếng Anh: thành thạo 4 kỹ năng nghe, nói, đọc, viết; IELTS 6.0+ hoặc tương đương (không yêu cầu phải có bằng IELTS)
- Tin học: thành thạo tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook,...);
