Coordinating with filed engineers, customers and other departments to ensure that information or solution given to customers is precise and accurate

  • Scheduling and dispatching engineers through CRM and Salesforce
  • Optimizing service utilization by assigning jobs appropriately
  • Making quotation for repairing job, relocation, calibration, preventive maintenance, training, measuring/programming, spare part and accessory
  • Making Sales/Service contract in English and Vietnamese languages
  • Doing purchase order acknowledgement with translation of purchase order into Vietnamese/English if necessary
  • Doing spare part request and arranging part to customer or our engineer properly
  • Ordering spare part, system, license, tools and tracking goods receipt to deliver to customer and our engineer
  • Billing customer and proceeding confirmation in CRM/Salesforce
  • Following up AR and minimizing all pending AR
  • Reminding customer for recurring service such as SMA, SMC
  • Preparing and presenting in Admin monthly meeting upon request such as best practice of the country
  • Converting MQP to lead and assigned to relevant Sales Representative according to MQP/Lead guideline
  • Ordering, storing and distributing department supplies through PURE and SOR
  • Sending tools/Gauge for annual calibration
  • Ensuring Quality of Service through Medallia, CPO
  • Supporting digital transformation such as monitoring web shop and its order processing
  • Managing special assignments from supervisor such as projects to achieve team's goal or alignment of team
  • Making travel arrangement and preparing documents such as invitation letter
  • Facilitating meeting by arranging hotel or reserving meeting room
  • Coordinating with Marketing team when having seminar, exhibition or event in the country
Education / Professional Certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in business administration or a relevant field is preferred
Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service
  • Preferably experience in call centre ticketing system / interface background
  • Preferably experience in handling industrial customers
  • Experience in using CRM/Salesforce is preferable
Knowledge / Skills / Other characteristics

  • Strong customer service background with excellent telephone etiquette skills
  • Professional appearance, courteous manner with clear and friendly phone voice
  • High proficiency level in computer skills i.e. MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Team)
  • Independent and a good team player
  • Proactive, organized approach to multitasking
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to cope with uncertainty
  • Open mind to culture diversity
  • Able to speak and write English/Vietnamese proficiently, additional language such as Chinese/Korean would be preferable
