Responsibilities:

As the System Administration Expert, you will be responsible for

  • Prevent the emergence of incidents & problems.
  • Addressing system deficiencies, risks, and issues proactively, then implementing a mitigation strategy to enhance service quality.
  • Assess and evaluate the system's vulnerabilities and hazards on a periodic basis.
  • Manage and perform handson incident/problem resolution.
  • Manage the troubleshooting and directly manage incidents and problems associated with the finance system.
  • Determine the root cause of the incidents and problems, define and implement the solutions to rapidly restore the services and prevent their recurrence.
  • Cooperate with System operation functions to develop and implement operation best practices, standards, and frameworks within the company's system operation.
  • Instruct and assist.
  • Enhance operational procedures and instruments.
  • Observe and report on the operational activities' actual compliance.

Key Accountability (1)

  • As a foundation for the efficient and stable administration of services, collaborate with the relevant departments to gain a thorough understanding of the system.
  • Define operation frameworks, standards, processes, protocols, and tools for the system and disseminate them to the System operation functions for daily use.
  • Analyze and propose enhancements to the organization's technology and standards.
  • Participate in training courses to maintain current knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies pertaining to IT operation support.
  • Advise, instruct, and assist individuals in the System operation function.
  • Participate as a key member of the incident response team to directly drive incident/problem handling progress and be responsible for analyzing and concluding the root cause of incidents and problems; define and implement the solutions to quickly recover the services and prevent their reoccurrence.
  • Develop a methodology and assessment plan to proactively address weaknesses, risks, and problems on the system, and then provide a plan to enhance service quality.
  • Provide creative and independent solutions to technical problems while maintaining productivity and service quality.
  • Monitor and report on the operational activities' actual compliance.
  • Provide periodic updates to the Director of the Excellent Center for Infrastructure Services.

Key Accountability (2)

  • Identify risks and collaborate with relevant divisions to propose methods to measure and reduce risks in the system operations.
  • Ensure that team members adhere to the Bank's regulations and policies and meet their service quality commitments.

Experience requirements:

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years or more of experience as a System Administrator or System Engineer.
  • Competence in service development and operation.

Skills

  • Good spoken and written communication in English.
  • Analytical mindset and excellent problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Extremely organized and accountable.
  • Capable of functioning under duress.
  • Aware of the most recent trends and advancements in system administration.

Education requirements:

A Bachelor ́s degree in computer science or a related field.
