Mục tiêu vị trí:
Người đảm nhiệm vị trí này có trách nhiệm toàn việc triển khai, đảm bảo hiệu quả các chương trình đào tạo cho đội ngũ kinh doanh nhằm trang bị đầy đủ kiến thức, kỹ năng cho đội ngũ theo quy định hiện hành của các cơ quan ban ngành & chuẩn mực huấn luyện đào tạo của công ty.

Phạm vi công việc

1.Triển khai các giải pháp đào tạo, tuân thủ theo quy định của công ty và pháp luật hiện hành của các cơ quan ban ngành (bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn các nội dung huấn luyện về onboard, kiến thức sản phẩm, nghiệp vụ bảo hiểm, kiến thức/ kỹ năng cơ bản và nâng cao dành cho đội ngũ kinh doanh).
- Cập nhật, điều chỉnh nội dung đào tạo cơ bản và nâng cao theo đúng yêu cầu về số lượng và chất lượng đã thống nhất chung dành cho đội ngũ kinh doanh.
- Tuân thủ hoạt động triển khai đào tạo theo quy định của PVA, MOF và quy trình làm việc chuẩn mực của bộ phận (SOP).

2.Chủ động đề xuất và áp dụng các phương pháp học tập đa dạng, phù hợp với nhu cầu/ hành vi học tập nhằm mang lại trải nghiệm tốt nhất về dịch vụ đến người học.

3. Thực hiện việc số hóa các chương trình đào tạo cơ bản và nâng cao chung dành riêng cho đội ngũ kinh doanh theo kế hoạch được duyệt.

4. Các nội dung công việc khác theo phân công.

Trách nhiệm chính
- Chịu trách nhiệm triển khai các hoạt động đào tạo cho đội ngũ kinh doanh một cách hợp lý, hiệu quả theo nhu cầu kinh doanh trong từng thời kỳ
- Đảm bảo tính tuân thủ của việc triển khai huấn luyện theo các quy định của PVA, MOF và quy trình làm việc chuẩn mực của bộ phận PTD (SOP)

Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình đào tạo từ khâu phân tích nhu cầu đào tạo, thiết kế nội dung, chuyển giao triển khai huấn luyện và các hoạt động hỗ trợ sau đào tạo của PTD

Yêu cầu
- Bằng cấp_
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc có bằng cấp cao hơn với các chuyên ngành liên quan như Giáo duc, Tài chính, Bảo hiểm nhân thọ
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại vị trí tương tự
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại vị trí kinh doanh là một lợi thế
- Kiến thức và kỹ năng_
- Có khả năng quản lý toàn bộ chu trình đào tạo, huấn luyện bao gồm các hoạt động mang tính chính tương tác giữa con người với nhau và ứng dụng đào tạo trên web.
- Có kinh nghiệm trong việc triển khai chương trình huấn luyện và đánh giá hiệu quả huấn luyện
- Thành thạo trong kỹ năng tổ chức
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và trình bày sắc sảo
- Có chứng nhận đào tạo là một lợi thế
