**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
**1. Đối tác nhân sự /**_ Business Partner_**
- Lập kế hoạch hoạt động hàng năm cho bộ phận HRBP/ _Make annual operational plan of HRBP._
- Phối hợp với C&B trong viêc xây dựng ngân sách nhân sự / _Corporate with C&B to build the budget plan._
- Tư vấn về chính sách, thủ tục và đề xuất chế độ tiền lương và phúc lợi, nhằm đảm bảo sự công bằng trong nội bộ, phù hợp với chính sách của công ty và giữ được tính cạnh tranh trên thị trường. Tư vấn khen thưởng, xử phạt, xử lý kỷ luật cho các bộ phận chức năng trong công ty. / _Advise on policies, procedures and propose compensation and benefit to ensure internal fairness, align with company policies and to remain competitive in the market. Advising on rewards and disciplinary actions._
- Tham gia xây dựng, triển khai các chính sách/ quy trình nhân sự, đảm bảo nhân viên tuân thủ chính sách và quy trình / _Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies/ processes, ensuring employees comply with policies and procedures._
- Phối hợp với bộ phận OD để xây dựng Cấp bậc công việc, Hệ thống quản lý hiệu suất, Đánh giá nhân tài, Phát triển sự nghiệp, Đào tạo, Phát triển kế thừa / _Corporate with OD to build Job Level, Performance management system, Talent review, Career Development, TNA, Succession planning._
- Đứng trên góc độ Nhân Sự để tư vấn và định hướng cho các phòng ban về chế độ chính sách, về các kiến thức quy trình Nhân sự / _Base on understanding HR methodology to consult and guide other departments about policies, HR knowledges._

**_2. Tuyển dụng /_**_ Recruitment_**
- Đảm bảo tuyển dụng đúng nhu cầu, đúng định biên và đúng thời gian cam kết/ _Ensure recruitment according to requirement, manpower planning and SLA._
- Đảm bảo bản mô tả công việc đầy đủ và cập nhật cho từng vị trí. Quản lý và hướng dẫn các phòng ban cập nhật Bảng Mô tả Công việc khi có vị trí cần Tuyển dụng /_ Ensure JDs of all positions are updated. Manage and guide other departments to update the Job Description when they have personnel requisition._
- Quản lý hoạt động Tuyển dụng bao gồm xây dựng nội dung phỏng vấn, bài kiểm tra, kiểm tra hồ sơ thông tin ứng viên, thủ tục nhận việc và các công việc có liên quan khác /_ Manage recruitment activities including preparing interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, onboarding process and other related jobs._
- Làm việc với Bộ Phận Phát Triển Tổ Chức và Thu hút Nhân tài để triển khai các chương trình Thu hút và phát triển Nhân tài, Thương hiệu nhà tuyển dụng/_ Work with OD & TA Section to deploy Talent Acquisition & development, Employer Branding programs _

**3. Các hoạt động quản lý và phát triển bản thân và đội ngũ / **_Development_**
- Đào tạo, chia sẻ kiến thức kinh nghiệm và phát triển nhân viên trong team HRBP_/ Training, sharing, coaching team members._
- Phân tích các chỉ số nhân sự liên quan để đề xuất cho chiến lược phát triển nguồn nhân lực của công ty_/ Analyze HR indicators to propose the suggestions for HR strategy._
- Tham gia các dự án liên quan khác theo sự chỉ định của Giám Đốc Nhân Sự _/ Participate in other relevant projects assigned by HR Director._

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant major
- At least 5 years of experience in HRBP and Recruitment (FMCG, Foods, Milk is preferred) and 3 years in the same scope required

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and managerial skills.
- Problem solving and negotiation skills.
- English level: Intermediate
- Other requirements_
- Open-minded, good listening skill, conflict handling skill
- Ability to solve complex challenges.
