Key Criteria Required. **Main responsibilities:
  • Plan, get approval and deploy Activation & Promotion for allocated regions.
  • Work closely with Regional Trade Manager, Sales team, Agencies to develop and deliver the Activation smoothly.
  • Follow up the execution and propose proper improvement actions.
  • Develop supported POSM requirements and allocate to Regional Trade, Sales to amplify the campaigns
  • Manage the campaigns within allocated budget.
  • Monitor effectiveness of Agencies/Suppliers on Activation execution.
  • Conduct meeting, report and market visit to ensure doing the thing right at market place and consumers / customers' feedbacks in the field.
  • Review Sales performance, ROI and consolidate feedbacks from Internal for programs in future.

Experiences:_

University Degree in Business Administration, Economics & Marketing is preferable

  • Knowledge of professionally advertising, culture and sociology
  • 34 years working experiences in the relevant field in F&B/ FMCG
  • Decision maker. Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem
- solving skills

  • Ready to travel frequently
  • Conversation with spoken, written English and PC such as Microsoft Office/ Photoshop
