Customer Execellence Manager

Job summary:
Our client is the world leading supplier of products and solutions in the bearing business.
To accelerate the Company strategy and develop new and grow existing business for us through Services & Solutions and step-up our efforts in the digital space to enhance brand value, business and organizational efficiency, we are now looking for a Customer Execellence Manager for Vietnam.
Responsibilities:
- Set the marketing strategy for key industrial segments
- Develop and review pricing structures and policies to ensure maximum profitability and optimal market penetration
- Maintain the right stock range for service engineers to perform jobs effectively
- Ensure the condition of the stock is useable and meets COMPANY's quality standards
- Ensure product managers and service delivery managers have marketing plans that meet the strategic direction and demands of the group
- Maintain and manage an active quote log and sales visit plan
- Control expenses against budgets and measure effectiveness of the company's promotions and advertising
Experience requirements:
- Valid Driver's Licence
- Minimum 10 years' experience in managing engineering service business
- Understanding of different maintenance philosophies and practices
- Understanding consultancy business with regards to different reliability solutions (includes products and services)
- Good understanding of enduser, OEM and distribution business
Education requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Production etc) or equivalent industry experience.
- MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualifications an advantage
