Description:


Job Summary

  • The Service team provides maintenance and repair for industrial equipment

General Responsibilities

  • Arrange the maintenance/working schedule by communicating with customers and coordinating with the Sales team/ Service team.
  • Prepare entrance/safety documents as per customer's forms and requirement.
  • Prepare staff movement document. Book flight ticket. Arrange vehicles.
  • Submit payment vouchers: travel expense, vehicle DO toll fee
  • Scan, organize and preserve documents.
  • Update the report(s).

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Good computer skill (especially MS. Excel)
  • Good in English (especially reading/writing)
  • Good communication skill, quick and flexible response.
  • Effective negotiation and persuasion.
  • Capable of cost/pricing analysis in market

Working Experience

  • 12 years of relevant experience

Education

  • At least College degree in trade / economy / business administration. Preference for who has got knowledge of company products and service
