Mô tả công việc - Nghiên cứu, phân tích nhu cầu đào tạo của Tập đoàn;
- Lập kế hoạch, phối hợp tổ chức và triển khai các hoạt động đào tạo của Tập đoàn;
- Cập nhật, hoàn thiện chính sách, quy trình đào tạo và các biểu mẫu;
- Lưu trữ và cập nhật các thông tin đào tạo của nhân viên trong Tập đoàn;
- Chịu trách nhiệm lập kế hoạch đào tạo chuyên môn hoặc nâng cao kỹ năng quản lý cho CBNV theo quí, năm và triển khai thực hiện kế hoạch.
- Chịu trách nhiệm đào tạo hội nhập cho nhân viên mới. Xây dựng, cập nhật thông tin cho tài liệu đào tạo hiệu quả và phù hợp.
- Tham gia quá trình quy hoạch văn hóa Tập đoàn cùng Ban Lãnh đạo, các CBQL chủ chốt trong Tập đoàn
- Xây dựng môi trường văn hóa, tổ chức kiểm soát, đánh giá để khuyến khích CBNV hành xử theo các giá trị văn hóa Quyền lợi được hưởng - Được hưởng đầy đủ các chính sách (BHXH, BHYT, BHTN, BH 24h, nghỉ phép hàng năm, lương thưởng ) và chế độ đãi ngộ của Tập đoàn
- Mức thu nhập cao: Lương cạnh tranh + Thưởng năm + Thưởng các ngày lễ tết...

- Thời gian làm việc:

- Thời gian làm việc: 8h - 17h hàng ngày từ thứ 2 đến hết thứ 7 (Nghỉ 02 Thứ 7/tháng) Yêu cầu công việc - Ưu tiên nhân sự Nam( do đặc thù công việc có sự di chuyển giữa các Business Unit)
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành báo chí, nhân sự, kinh tế, Truyền thông Marketinghoặc các ngành có liên quan.
- Ngoại hình khá, năng động, tự tin, giao tiếp tốt, linh hoạt
- Có kinh nghiệm 2 năm trở lên ở vị trí tương đương tại các công ty/Tập đoàn
- Có khả năng sáng tạo, nhiều ý tưởng tổ chức các chương trình, sự kiện, kickoff hoạt động đào tạo nội bộ & PTVHDN
- Khả năng kết nối, hoạt náo, chủ động trong việc điều phối, triển khai công việc
